Although it is difficult to track the exact origins of axe throwing, we do know something about its future. Axe throwing is coming to the Florida Keys in Tavernier! Our axe range will consist of 3 lanes of projected targets over end-grain wooden backstops. Players will have several options of interactive game play including; Targets, Zombie Assassin, Duck Hunter, Tic-Tac-Toe, 21 or Bust, Cricket, and more.
Axe throwing is A LOT of fun! The axes weigh approximately 2.5 lbs and are easy to handle. Our Axe Masters will show you how to safely handle and position yourself to stick the axe on our wooden targets like a seasoned lumberjack.
Axe throwing is safe! Our targets are surrounded by suspended mats that absorb the impact from a wild throw and prevent any bounce back that may occur. We also use a backstop system consisting of end-grain wood to give our axe throwers the best possible surface for sticking axes.
