General Server

Summary of Role

As a Server, you are the front line of the Pinfish guest experience. Your mission is to deliver FUN and uphold the Pinfish Service Standards through our Mission, Vision, and Core Values. Our amazing team leaders will guide you to create an unmatched level of service and guest experience. As part of our team, your tasks will range from greeting guests as they arrive, exchanging prizes for tickets won, assisting guests, and ensuring the attractions are operational, clean, and safe. No experience required!

Compensation ranges between $15-$20 / hour + tips.

Responsibility

As a team member, you are an ambassador of FUN! Your responsibilities include:

  • Upholding the Pinfish Service Standards through our Mission, Vision, and Core Values.

  • Playing each attraction regularly to obtain enough expertise to communicate with guests on how to maximize their experience.

  • Follow and enforce safety procedures at all times.

  • Coordination with other team members to ensure shift schedules are organized.

  • Setup and breakdown of events under the guidance of your Team Leader.

  • Help Team Leaders enforce the strict adherence to guest reservation timelines to ensure every guest has the best experience possible.

  • Ensuring all equipment flooring, bathrooms, walls, trash bins, and furniture are kept clean throughout the shift and conduct pre/post-shift operations.

  • If necessary, communicating with your Team Leader to help them address guest complaints while upholding the highest level of service possible.

  • Operating POS systems for redemption prizes, game cards, food orders, etc.

  • Stocking inventory including; prizes, food, etc.

  • Process food and beverage orders, including light food prep.

Physical Requirements

As an Entertainment Specialists, you will be required to:

  • Pick up and roll a 3 lb 12 oz bowling ball consecutively for 60 min as you would playing a leisure game of Duckpin Bowling.

  • Pickup and throw a 2.5 lb axe hard enough to penetrate wooden targets consecutively for 60 min as you would while participating in leisure axe throwing. Additionally, you must be capable of reaching the axe target and removing the axe yourself after each throw.

  • Lift and carry full dish racks weighing approximately 25 lbs from the dishwasher and placing them on adjacent shelving.

  • Capable of standing for several hours without sitting.
