Summary of Role

As a Pinfish Team Leader, your mission is to deliver FUN every day! Your role includes managing all aspects of operations during your shift and leading your teammates to uphold the Pinfish Service Standards through our Mission, Vision, and Core Values. The ideal applicant will have excellent communication skills and thrive on entertaining guests to have fun!

Mastery of our attractions is part of your job including; duckpin bowling, axe throwing, gaming, and operating our tap wall consisting of 20 craft beer & wine.

Compensation ranges between $17.50 and $22.50 / hour.

Responsibility

As a Team Leader, you are an ambassador of FUN! Your responsibilities include:

  • Upholding the Pinfish Service Standards through our Mission, Vision, and Core Values.

  • Mastering each attraction including; duckpin bowling, arcade games, and axe throwing.

  • Ensuring all team members are following safety procedures at all times.

  • Coordination with other team members and senior leadership to ensure shift schedules are organized and clearly communicated.

  • Coordinating with food service partners and other team members in the setup and breakdown of events while providing guests the highest level of service possible.

  • Coordinating with the Food & Beverage Manager for managing inventory and stocking products including; beer & wine kegs, food, etc.

  • Enforcing strict adherence to guest reservation timelines.

  • Ensuring all equipment, flooring, bathrooms, walls, trash bins, and furniture are kept clean throughout the shift and to organize and lead pre/post-shift operations.

  • If necessary, handling guest complaints while upholding the highest level of service possible.

  • Ensuring team members possess and maintain all necessary credentials for handling and serving food and alcohol.

  • Mastering all POS systems and ensuring all team members can confidently operate them well enough to complete their tasks.

Physical Requirements

As a Team Leader you will be required to:

  • Pick up and roll a 3 lb 12 oz bowling ball consecutively for 60 min as you would playing a leisure game of Duckpin Bowling.

  • Pickup and throw a 2.5 lb axe hard enough to penetrate wooden targets consecutively for 60 min as you would while participating in leisure axe throwing. Additionally, you must be capable of reaching the axe target and removing the axe yourself after each throw.

  • Lift and carry full dish racks weighing approximately 25 lbs from the dishwasher and placing them on adjacent shelving.

  • Capable of standing for several hours without sitting.
