Summary of Role
As a Bartender/Server, your mission is to deliver FUN every day! Your role incudes managing all beverage operations, light food preparation, and upholding the Pinfish Service Standards through our Mission, Vision, and Core Values. The ideal applicant will have excellent communication skills, share an infatuation for exploring craft beer & wine, food pairing, and know their way around the kitchen.
Responsibility
As a Bartender/Server, your responsibilities include:
Obtaining detailed knowledge of all available craft beer & wine and food products available from our distributors and partners.
Communicating with customers about our food & beverage selections on a daily basis.
Leading inventory, ordering, and coordination of delivery for all food & beverage products.
Leading and enforcing quality control safety measures for all food & beverage handling, preparing, and storing.
Coordination with other team members and senior leadership to ensure shift schedules are organized and clearly communicated.
Coordinating with other team members in the setup and breakdown of events while providing guests the highest level of service possible.
Mastering all POS systems.

Physical Requirements
As a Bartender/Server you will be required to:
Pick up and roll a 3 lb 12 oz bowling ball consecutively for 60 min as you would playing a leisure game of Duckpin Bowling.
Pickup and throw a 2.5 lb axe hard enough to penetrate wooden targets consecutively for 60 min as you would while participating in leisure axe throwing. Additionally, you must be capable of reaching the axe target and removing the axe yourself after each throw.
Lift and carry full dish racks weighing approximately 25 lbs from the dishwasher and placing them on adjacent shelving.
Capable of standing for several hours without sitting.
Be at least 21 years old.
